For 20 years I served in the United States Navy — operating nuclear propulsion plants aboard submarines, teaching crews, and leading teams in one of the most demanding environments on earth. When I retired I brought that same standard of excellence to critical systems leadership in the data center industry, and then earned my MBA from Rice University focused on management and leadership.

I became a coach and advisor because I kept seeing the same thing — hardworking people, veterans, families, and business owners struggling not because they lacked effort, but because they lacked a clear plan and someone to hold them to it.
